The magnificent history of San Leucio
Born from the utopian dream of Bourbon King Ferdinand IV in the 18th century, San Leucio remains a legendary epicenter of Italian textile excellence. Its archived fabrics represent a rare intersection of history and sustainability, rescuing unspooled luxury for a second life.
Woven in finite quantities, these surplus textiles, ranging from regal brocades and heavy silk damasks to intricate jacquards, possess a rare depth of color and elaborate floral motifs that modern mass production has long forgotten.
Sourcing these dormant treasures diverts extraordinary materials from the oblivion.
